Cash Prize Rules & Payout Policy

The promoter is ATLAS RUST SERVERS LTD, UK company number 13602307, registered at 2 2 Barks Knotts Cottages, Malton, Norton, North Yorkshire, England, YO17 9DY. Prize and complaint contact: Official private CSL Discord payout/support ticket. A named sponsor funds a prize only where the tournament page says so; CSL remains responsible for administering its published rules.

• No purchase, deposit, subscription, premium message, entry fee, or prize-claim fee is necessary.
• Players may not fund the prize pool. Paid products do not provide extra entries, favourable seeding, better odds, or a gameplay advantage.
• Results are determined through the published game format, bracket, scoring, tie-break, anti-cheat, dispute, and staff-review rules.
• Side betting, account selling, collusion, match manipulation, identity fraud, and sanctions evasion are prohibited.

• Cash-prize eligibility is limited to the country allowlist shown during founder setup. Availability of PayPal does not by itself make a country eligible.
• Northern Ireland and any country not explicitly enabled are excluded until separately reviewed. Local law may require CSL to refuse or withhold a payment.
• An adult founder must use an eligible PayPal account in the verified adult recipient’s own name.
• A founder under 18 may participate only after an adult parent or legal guardian accepts these rules, is independently verified, and agrees to receive payment for the minor. An underage PayPal account is never accepted.
• CSL may request proportionate evidence of name, age, country, guardian authority, account ownership, tax status, or sanctions status. Identity documents must use the secure method instructed by staff, never a Discord channel.

Each payable placement is credited solely to the team owner/founder recorded when the final result is reconciled. The tournament roster and founder are snapshotted at that time. For a minor founder, the verified adult guardian is the payee. Payment to that designated adult fully discharges CSL’s prize obligation. CSL does not hold funds for teammates, decide a team split, enforce private team agreements, or transfer earnings to another player.

• The tournament page states each payable placement and exact USD amount before entry. Display-only rewards are not cash debts.
• Prize terms lock when the tournament is published. A correction follows the documented result-version and review process.
• PayPal or the recipient’s provider may charge fees or convert USD at its own rate, so local-currency proceeds can differ.
• Recipients are responsible for declarations and taxes unless CSL is legally required to report or withhold. Prizes are not described as tax-free.

• A league season prize is payable only if at least 50 official ranked matches were played league-wide across that season. This threshold protects competitive integrity in a season that did not attract meaningful play.
• Only matches recorded as official count toward the total. Friendly, unofficial, practice, cancelled, forfeited, and voided matches are excluded, as are matches later removed by a result correction.
• The total is counted league-wide across all regions and modes, not per team. It is taken when the season is archived, and the recorded figure is published with the final season standings.
• If a season closes below the threshold, no season placement prize is payable and CSL will state the recorded total. This is a condition of the season prize rather than a forfeiture, so no season credit is created and nothing is deducted from an existing balance.
• This section does not affect tournament prizes. A tournament that advertised an exact payable amount and completed under its own published rules is still payable even if the surrounding season falls short.

A prize is pending for 30 days after the final tournament result. If the snapshotted founder or roster has an active CSL ban at credit time, or receives a CSL ban that overlaps that period, the prize moves to Under Review. It is not automatically forfeited. Staff assess whether the conduct affects eligibility, competitive integrity, fraud, or the lawful payment.

CSL gives the founder a reason and a reasonable opportunity to respond. Staff may release, continue to hold, or reverse the prize. An appeal may be sent to the payout contact within 14 days of the decision and must identify the decision and relevant evidence. A different administrator should review the appeal where practicable.

• Only Available earnings count toward withdrawal. Pending and Under Review earnings do not.
• The minimum is $100.00 USD. A request always reserves the founder’s entire available amount; only one request may be active.
• Withdrawal creates a private Discord staff ticket. Closing the ticket does not mean the request was paid.
• Payment is manual through the CSL business PayPal account after identity, account, territory, sanctions, and eligibility checks. “Mark Paid” requires a PayPal transaction reference.
• CSL aims to pay a complete, eligible request within 30 days. Missing information, a provider limitation, legal hold, or review may extend that period; CSL will communicate the reason.
• Do not ask CSL to send funds to a teammate, unrelated person, mismatched account, sanctioned person, unsupported country, or underage PayPal account.

If an official result changes, unreleased credits are reversed and reconciled to the corrected placement. A credit already reserved or paid is held for individual review; CSL will not silently create a negative balance. CSL may cancel or amend a competition only for unavoidable operational, legal, security, or integrity reasons and will use a fair, proportionate remedy. A prize is not forfeited merely because staff delayed processing it.

• CSL processes founder, guardian, country, eligibility, tournament, moderation, sanctions-screening, PayPal, and payment records to administer the contract, comply with law, prevent fraud, and keep accounting evidence.
• Access is restricted to authorised administrators. Discord receives only a masked payout summary; full recipient data remains in the secure admin site.
• Necessary data may be shared with PayPal, verification providers, professional advisers, regulators, tax authorities, or law enforcement where lawful. International transfers use the safeguards applicable to the provider.
• Payment and company accounting evidence is normally retained for six years. Raw identity documents, if exceptionally required, use a separately disclosed short retention period; CSL prefers retaining a verification result instead.
• Children receive high-privacy defaults and data minimisation. Guardians may contact the promoter about access, correction, objection, restriction, erasure where applicable, or a privacy complaint. UK complaints may also be made to the ICO.
• Winner publication is limited to what competition law and legitimate promotion require. A winner may object where their circumstances justify withholding public details.

Terms are applied transparently and proportionately. Nothing excludes statutory consumer or data-protection rights. Send a complaint to the payout contact with the tournament, team, and requested remedy. CSL will acknowledge it and aims to provide a reasoned final response within 30 days. These rules are governed by the law applicable to the UK promoter, subject to mandatory consumer protections in the entrant’s home country and the jurisdiction of a competent court.
